Refund Policy
We thank you and appreciate your purchase of a service or product from our website www.bizolot.com (hereinafter referred to as “Bizolot”). Please read this policy and the Bizolot terms and conditions carefully, as they provide important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer with respect to any purchase or service we provide.
We make every effort to deliver the service or product to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned for each service or product purchased from Bizolot. However, if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide the service or product you purchased, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the following conditions:

A refund will only be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the service or product provided by Bizolot.
Change of Mind:
If a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind after purchasing a service, it will not be considered, provided there is no fault or defect attributable to Bizolot.
Post-Work Delivery:
Refund requests will not be entertained once the work has been shared with you. However, we offer the option to use the amount paid for an alternative service from Bizolot, of equivalent value. The amount can be applied either in part or in full toward the new service.
30-Day Limit:
If a refund request is made more than 30 (thirty) days after the completion and notification of a service or product, the refund request will be considered invalid and will not be processed.
Refund Process:
If your refund request is approved by Bizolot, you will be notified via email. The refund process will take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to complete, after which the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account. We will ensure that the refund is processed efficiently and that the money is returned to you as quickly as possible.
