1. Services Offered

  • Online compliance and filing services
  • Business loan facilitation
  • Account creation and management
  • Payment processing
  • Notifications and service updates
  • Location-based business discovery

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old, and
  • have legal authority to represent a business (if applicable).

By using Bizolot, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using your phone number and password.

You agree to:

  • keep login credentials confidential
  • notify us immediately of unauthorized use
  • provide accurate and updated information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Business Listings & Directory

Users may create or manage business listings.

You confirm that:

  • you have the right to list the business
  • information is truthful and up-to-date
  • listings do not violate laws or third-party rights

Bizolot may review, edit, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion.

Publicly visible listing data may include business name, category, address, and contact information.

5. Prohibited Businesses and Products

Bizolot prohibits the listing, promotion, or facilitation of the following businesses, products, or services:

  • Adult Content & Services: Pornography, adult entertainment, escort services, prostitution, or any sexually explicit content or services
  • Weapons & Military Equipment: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons, military equipment, or related accessories
  • Illegal Products & Services: Any products or services that are illegal under Indian law or international law
  • Controlled Substances: Prohibited drugs, illegal narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or any products related to illegal drug trade
  • Wildlife & Endangered Species: Poaching, illegal wildlife trade, products made from endangered species, or any activities that harm protected wildlife
  • Multi-Level Marketing (MLM): Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing businesses, Ponzi schemes, or any get-rich-quick schemes
  • Gambling & Betting: Online gambling, betting services, casinos, lottery services (unless legally authorized), or games of chance
  • Counterfeit Goods: Fake products, counterfeit items, replica goods, or unauthorized copies of branded products
  • Stolen Goods: Stolen property, items obtained through theft, or products with unclear ownership
  • Human Trafficking: Any services related to human trafficking, forced labor, or modern slavery
  • Tobacco & Alcohol: Sale of tobacco products, alcohol, or related paraphernalia (unless legally licensed)
  • Hacking & Cybercrime: Hacking services, malware, spyware, tools for unauthorized access, or services that facilitate cybercrime
  • Financial Scams: Investment scams, fraudulent financial schemes, unlicensed financial services, or Ponzi schemes
  • Body Parts & Organs: Sale of human organs, body parts, or related services
  • Hazardous Materials: Toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, or other hazardous substances
  • Unlicensed Medical Services: Medical services provided without proper licensing, prescription drugs without authorization, or unregulated medical devices
  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Businesses that promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
  • Money Laundering: Services designed to launder money or obscure financial transactions
  • Unlicensed Financial Services: Unauthorized banking, lending, or financial services without proper regulatory approval
  • Pirated Content: Pirated software, movies, music, books, or other copyrighted content
  • Spam & Phishing: Services that send spam, phishing emails, or engage in deceptive marketing practices
  • Unregulated Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency exchanges or services that are not compliant with Indian regulations
  • Animal Cruelty: Products or services that involve animal cruelty, illegal animal trade, or unethical treatment of animals
  • Unlicensed Professional Services: Legal, accounting, or other professional services provided without proper licensing
  • Age-Restricted Products: Products or services that require age verification and are not properly regulated

This list is not exhaustive. Bizolot reserves the right to prohibit any business, product, or service that:

  • violates applicable laws or regulations
  • poses a risk to user safety or security
  • damages Bizolot's reputation or brand
  • violates ethical standards or community guidelines
  • is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion

Violation of this section will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and removal of any related listings. Bizolot may also report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Loan & Filing Services

Bizolot acts as a facilitator, not the lender.

Loan approvals depend on partner institutions.

By applying, you authorize Bizolot to:

  • share information with banks/NBFCs
  • verify identity and credit
  • conduct regulatory checks

Filing services depend on government portals and regulatory bodies. We do not guarantee approval outcomes.

7. Payments & Taxes

Payments for services are processed through third-party gateways.

All charges may include applicable GST or statutory taxes.

Bizolot is not responsible for gateway failures or banking delays.

Refund policies, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

8. Location Services

The App may collect location data to:

  • display nearby businesses
  • provide regional services
  • prevent fraud
  • comply with legal requirements

You may disable location access through your device, but some features may not function.

9. Notifications & Communications

We may send:

  • transactional alerts
  • application updates
  • service notices
  • promotional messages

You may opt out of marketing communications via device settings or your account.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • submit false or misleading information
  • impersonate others
  • misuse the platform
  • upload malware
  • scrape data
  • interfere with services
  • violate any laws

Unauthorized commercial use of Bizolot is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

All Site and App content—including logos, text, designs, software, and trademarks—belongs to Bizolot or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

Bizolot is not responsible for:

  • loan partner decisions
  • government portal delays

Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you breach these Terms
  • misuse the platform
  • violate laws
  • create legal risk

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

15. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access
  • loan approval
  • regulatory acceptance
  • business outcomes

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizolot is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • partner decisions
  • service delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
